Yes! You may tour our facilities. Tours are by APPOINTMENT ONLY, offered on Tuesdays-Thursdays from 9am-10:30am & 1pm-2:30pm. WE DO NOT OFFER TOURS ON THE DAY OF CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT. Very similar to dropping off your child for their first day of Kindergarten, walking back to a suite during the check-in process can increase your dog's stress levels or worsen any separation anxieties. Our expert, kennel technicians will take all items to their suite and make sure they get all settled in!
Our current guests are our top priority! Their care requires a strict routine and schedule with our kennel and office staff. Tours can be disruptive to their environment, and schedule. Having appointments scheduled in advance helps keep our facility better organized and efficient!
We require proof of vaccination for all pets that are attending a tour with their owners. Please make sure our office has a copy of these records prior to your arrival for a tour or temperament evaluation.
